With a terrace where you can enjoy the breathtaking view, sun loungers, table and chairs, everything is ready for you to have a great time! The living room, with sea view, balcony, fireplace, dining area perfectly positioned to continue enjoying the view! Fully equipped kitchen and BBQ!

Design

The incredible design of this house is quite evident from the outside! The high-quality wooden floors make the environment more comfortable and welcoming.
Sensational kitchen, in white tones, fully equipped. Access to the fabulous living room, garden and BBQ.
The bedrooms, all very comfortable, well decorated, spacious, with natural light and through their large windows, we have access to the spacious terrace/garden. One of the bedrooms is en-suite, with a luxurious bathroom and spacious dressing room. There is a second bedroom with two single beds, which can be joined to become a double bed, a third bedroom with a double bed and a fourth bedroom with a single bed.
The bathrooms have a fantastic design, superb showers and are also heated.

I stayed at Ana's listing with my adult children and son-in-law and had the best experience imaginable. Ericera and the surrounding towns are beautiful. The villa is located just a 8 min drive from city center, shops, restaurants, beaches, and supermarket, yet it's far enough from the crowds during peak months. The villa has a modern design and is spacious and bright. The WiFi is strong, so my kids could work remotely without any issues. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Ericera looking for a comfortable stay. My favorite area was the outside deck with sunset ocean views. Such an amazing time, we'll be back for sure!
