This type of lease, has a minimum period of one month and a maximum period of one year and combines the best of both the spheres of Local Housing and Long Term Rentals!

Knowing that you will be staying for a specific period of time, you won't want to worry about constantly packing up your things, having fixed bills like water, electricity, internet, to pay!
Our houses and apartments are fully furnished and equipped, including bed linen, towels and a monthly cleaning service!

The rates depend on the number of people, the length of stay, and the different seasonal seasons.
